Sheet Pan Grouper and Potatoes

INGREDIENTS
1½ lb small red potatoes, halved
6 Tbsp olive oil, divided
1 tsp garlic powder
¾ tsp salt, divided
¾ tsp pepper, divided
6 (6-oz) grouper fillets (or any firm white fish)
1 tsp alian seasoning, divided
2 (12-oz) pkg green beans
2 tsp lemon zest
INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together potatoes, ¼ cup oil, garlic powder, ¼ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp pepper on a large rimmed baking sheet. Bake 8 minutes.

Place fish on one half of another baking sheet; sprinkle with ½ tsp Italian seasoning, ¼ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp pepper. Toss together beans, 2 Tbsp oil, lemon zest, ¼ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp pepper on other half of baking sheet.

Add baking sheet with fish and green beans to oven; bake 12 to 14 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork and green beans and potatoes are lightly browned and tender. Serve with Creamy Lemon-Herb Sauce recipe.
