Chicken Alfredo with Crispy Garlic Crumbs

INGREDIENTS

6 (6-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 (15-oz) jar Alfredo sauce

2 Tbsp butter

1 Tbsp minced garlic

⅓ cup panko breadcrumbs

½ tsp Italian seasoning

⅓ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper, if desired. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until browned.

  2. Reduce heat to medium, add Alfredo sauce, and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated and chicken is done.

  3. Meanwhile, melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; cook 1 minute or until fragrant. Add breadcrumbs and seasoning; cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until breadcrumbs are toasted. Remove from heat; stir in cheese. Sprinkle over chicken.
