6 (6-oz) grouper fillets
¾ tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ cup mayonnaise
1 shallot, minced
2 Tbsp capers
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp Dijon mustard
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place fish on a baking sheet; sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
Meanwhile, stir together mayonnaise, shallot, capers, lemon juice, and mustard. Serve sauce with fish.
