Ingredients
6 (6-oz) grouper fillets
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
¾ cup finely chopped pecans
¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 large eggs
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.
Combine nuts, breadcrumbs, and oil in a shallow dish. Beat eggs lightly in another shallow dish. Dip fish in egg; dredge in nut mixture, gently pressing to adhere.
Place fish on a large baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
